Occupational gymnastics is the voluntary practice of physical activity by workers in their own workplace. The goal is to strengthen certain muscles that are heavily used during the working day, preventing postural problems and injuries, which – as well as posing risks to employees – represent operating costs for companies. Amador e Jr. Segurança Patrimonial Ltda. aims to promote new forms of activity that seek to improve the physical and poetic condition of security guards.
